Vintner’s Club FAQs
How much does a seasonal allocation cost?
Wine package prices for members include a 10% or 15% member discount, based on the membership level, and are dependent on actual varietals included with the package. As you prepare your order, costs will appear in the cart checkout, and you will be aware of all costs involved in the purchase.
When can we expect our wines?
Members receive two allocations each year, one released in the spring and one in the fall. You can customize and complete your order at any point during the approximately four-month allocation period. If you do not wish to customize your wine selection, the allocation will automatically process with the predetermined wines at the end of the allocation period. The available wines in each allocation will change as per the seasonal availability of wines. What is available at the release of the allocation does not necessarily mean it will be available at the end of the allocation, so place your order to avoid missing out on your favourite wines.
Allocations can be shipped to your primary address or you may pick them up at the winery. All ‘pick ups’ will be available at the Wild Goose tasting room, unless otherwise notified.
For customers who prefer to have their wines shipped, the actual shipment of your package will depend on packing volume and the day of the week the order is received. Usually, orders are packed and shipped via courier within 10 days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your wine is on its way.
