Wild Goose 2025 Pinot Blanc

A crisp, fresh wine with intense aromas of lemon, grapefruit, Asian pear, apple peel, lime leaf and lemon verbena. The palate is dry, medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and lots of citrus, apple and pear notes with a touch of honey and nectarine on the long finish. Pair with salad of Okanagan tomatoes, peaches, basil and goat cheese, prosciutto wrapped honeydew melon, or a salmon poke bowl.
