2021 Stoney Slope Riesling

A powerful, intense Riesling with aromas of lemon and lime, green apple, nectarine, honeysuckle, grapefruit and lemongrass with a chalky, mineral note. Just a hint of sweetness but fresh from the racy, crisp acidity and with more zippy citrus fruits, wet stones, peach, lemon verbena and mandarin peel with a long, lively finish. Pair with grilled prawns marinated in lime and garlic, lettuce wraps or lemongrass chicken skewers.
