2021 Pinot Noir

A fresh and intensely aromatic Pinot Noir showing cherry, raspberry, dried strawberry, orange zest, vanilla, pie crust, orange infused chocolate and cardamom spice on the nose. The silky textured, light-bodied palate has vibrant acidity, medium tannins and lots of crunchy mixed berry fruit, plum, custard, cocoa, dried herbs, clove and dried flowers with some spicy notes on the finish. Pair this with lamb kofta, a red shakshuka or mushrooms on toast. ~ Rhys Pender, Master of Wine
