Wild Goose 2025 Pinot Gris

A classic Okanagan Valley Pinot Gris showing expressive aromas of pear, honeydew melon, and lemon, layered with subtle apricot blossom and chamomile notes. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with crisp, refreshing acidity. Intense flavours of nectarine, yuzu and pomelo lead into a long finish marked by pink grapefruit zest and stony mineral notes.
