Wild Goose 2024 Riesling

An intense, off-dry Riesling packed with citrus and tree fruit notes. The nose shows golden apple, lemon, lime and pear along with apricot, peach and some flinty notes. The palate is off-dry with crisp balancing acidity and lots of citrus zest, baked apple, poached pear and honey. Pair with rose harissa marinated grilled prawns, or bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. ~ Rhys Pender, Master of Wine
