Wild Goose 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

A lovely combination showing classic Sauvignon Blanc aroma traits of lemongrass and herbal freshness along with tropical passionfruit, gooseberry, grapefruit and floral blossom notes. The palate is dry, crisp, racy and fresh with lemon, lime, pear skin, green apple and some chalky mineral notes through the long finish.
