Wild Goose 2023 Pinot Gris

A ripe, intense yet vibrantly refreshing Pinot Gris. The concentrated nose shows complex notes of ripe Asian pear, honeydew melon, white peach, honey, and apple blossom, while the palate is dry, crisp, and enlivening with apple peel, pineapple, and a light grippy grapefruit zest element. Exotic citrus, nectarine and melon stretch through a long finish. Pair this with prawn gyoza, seafood paella or pear, parmesan and arugula salad with a lemony vinaigrette. ~Rhys Pender, Master of Wine
