2022 Rosé

This charming Rosé with a pale pink hue is full of mouthwatering raspberry and strawberry sprinkled with peppery spiciness and minty freshness. There’s a perfect amount of savoury earthiness of rhubarb drizzled on the juicy red berries and herbal nuances. The refreshing acidity complements the subtle sweetness.

This 2022 vintage is our first Wild Goose Winery Rosé made from Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes, noted for their good quality and health, were grown in our Oliver and Osoyoos vineyards. A short and purposeful amount of skin contact led to the delightful blush of colour before a delicate, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks produced this vibrant and fresh wine.

Enjoy this with an antipasto platter of salty meats, cheeses, marinated olives and poached prawns.
