2022 Riesling

This aromatic Riesling boasts beautiful aromas of orange blossom, zesty tangerine, and perfectly ripe apricot. The juiciness of stone fruit on the palate makes the mouthfeel seamless and complete while the racy acidity provides an exquisite balance to the hint of sweetness.

This 2022 Riesling comes from grapes grown by two longtime growers as well as some from our 35-year-old Wild Goose estate vines. The grapes retained good levels of natural acidity which provides the perfect balance to this slightly sweeter style of the two Rieslings we produce at Wild Goose Winery. The quality Riesling grapes were pressed before the juice was fermented in stainless steel tank and subsequently aged for 6 months. The wine was later filtered, stabilized and bottled.
