An intense, racy and zippy Sauvignon Blanc with bold aromas of green apple, freshly cut grass, lemon, crunchy green beans, elderflower and a subtle jalapeño note.  Bone dry, high in racy acidity and intensely flavoured with lime, white peach, pineapple and ruby grapefruit zest with some chalky minerality and a long, refreshing finish.

Pair with grilled asparagus with lemon and shaved parmesan or a lunchtime Waldorf salad.
