2021 Pinot Blanc

A classic, lively Okanagan Pinot Blanc with intense aromatics of crunchy Asian pear, golden apple, lemon, lime, mandarin orange and honeydew melon. Dry, crisp and fresh on the palate with zingy acid, green apple, apple peel, blossom and a light orange zesty grip with a long refreshing finish.

This lovely expression of Pinot Blanc comes from the Mystic River Vineyard in Oliver and the 2022 'Vineyard of the Year' Heidi's Peak in Okanagan Falls, BC.

Pair with green apple coleslaw, prawn cocktail or lime and garlic marinated grilled white fish.
