2021 Gewürztraminer

An intensely aromatic Gewürztraminer with bold notes of lychee, dried rose petals, peach, poached pear, golden apple, and lemon sherbet. The palate is off-dry with crisp balancing acidity and powerful flavours of ginger, pineapple, mandarin orange, Bosc pear, apricot, and honey with a long, zesty finish.

The grapes for our 2021 Gewurztraminer were harvested by hand in September and October 2020 from vineyards between Osoyoos and Summerland. Grapes from each vineyard were processed separately and each was aged for 5 months. The wine was blended with the intent of keeping the Gewürztraminer flavours and aromas fresh and at the forefront. The wine was later filtered, stabilized, and bottled in April 2022.

Pair with a Thai green curry, Moroccan chicken tagine, or Rose Harissa marinated and grilled vegetables.
