Wild Goose 2021 Gamay Noir

A fresh, bright and lively Gamay Noir showing aromas of raspberry, blueberry, violet, pie crust and cinnamon spice. The palate is medium-bodied, juicy and crunchy, low in tannin and high in graphitey, mineral acidity with a silky texture and flavours of mixed berries, cherry, white pepper and dried herbs with a long finish.
