2020 Stoney Slope Riesling

Produced from a few select SW rows at the home vineyard of Wild Goose, from vines planted in 1984, this wine is grown in the uniquely coarse & gravelly soils of the Okanagan Falls sub geographical area. The aromatics of this wine begin with citrus, lime licorice. On the palate, intense flavours of ripe green apple, melon and wet stones. The wine is balanced with beautiful fruit and a cleansing crispness. This is a Wild Goose wine that just gets better and better with age.

Pair with spicy Indian & Asian dishes, duck, chicken, pork and all the bounties of the sea.
