2020 Pinot Noir

A vibrant and fruity Pinot Noir with aromas of ripe black cherry, pomegranate, strawberry and red plum with hints of pipe tobacco, licorice, clove and shortbread. Silky textured on the palate with fine, elegant tannins, refreshing acidity, blueberry and raspberry fruit with vanilla, cocoa, orange zest and baking spices on the long finish.

Pair this with achiote paste marinated flank steak tacos or grilled mushroom burgers with onion jam.
