Wild Goose 2020 Cabernet-Merlot

An intensely flavoured and structured Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon blend with aromas of black cherry, cassis, red and black plum and dark chocolate along with subtle violet, grilled red pepper, clove, sage and dried thyme notes. The palate is full-bodied with crisp acid and firm, ageable, grippy tannins and lots of mixed berry fruit, cocoa, paprika, mint-chocolate, espresso and some graphite and red currant notes on the finish.
