Wild Goose 2022 Pinot Noir

A ripe, soft and round Pinot Noir with aromas of red and black cherry, red plum, fruit cake, cooked strawberries, pie crust, toasty oak, orange infused chocolate and violets. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, silky textured tannin and some cinnamon and pepper spice alongside the ripe raspberry and strawberry fruit. Pair this with grilled meat with homemade BBQ sauce, sundried tomato and feta sausages or harissa roasted vegetables. ~Rhys Pender, Master of Wine
