2022 Sauvignon Blanc

This fresh Sauvignon Blanc shows zesty grapefruit and lemongrass layered with a subtle herbal undercurrent. The tangy acidity renders the citrus fruit and fresh greenness even more lively. A slight pithy undertone at the finish is nicely rounded by a drop of sweetness.

Harvested later than usual in the month of October, the quality, ripe grapes for our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc were selectively picked from vineyards in both the Okanagan and Similkameen valleys. All of the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel tank to capture the fruit characteristics in this elegant Sauvignon Blanc made in a fruit-forward Wild Goose style. It was later filtered, stabilized and bottled in May 2023.

Drink alongside grilled asparagus with whipped goat cheese or ginger tahini dressed kale salad.
