2020 Gamay Noir
From the Naramata Bench this Gamay has an intense nose of fresh raspberry, blueberry and sun-dried tomato with a little meaty gaminess, potpourri and cinnamon spice. The silky palate is low in tannin, crisp in acid and big on juicy, fresh intense red berry and cherry fruit. A complex savoury side shows graphite minerality, dried herbs and tobacco.
Pair with spanish chorizo and potato or a spiced mushroom quinoa bowl.
